Postage and Packaging

Postage:

All parcels are sent using Royal Mail, UK orders 1st class and overseas using standard airmail. Due to Covid-19 the Royal Mail is seeing a significant demand on it's services with fewer staff than normal but more mail going through the system. For this reason there are delays to the post, both within the UK and internationally so if you are ordering with a particular date in mind I would recommend purchasing early!

I aim to send parcels within 3-5 days but sooner if I can!

Packaging:

I aim to keep things as sustainable as possible so do reuse jiffy bags and boxes because I feel this is kinder on the environment. I love wrapping things so your order with come packaged either in a little manilla envelope or gift wrap if it is jewellery or a small item. I always pop an extra sample of plant dyed wool with yarn orders so you can try out something new!

Sometimes it is difficult to estimate postage costs, but I never profit from postage charged. If you are buying more than one item and the calculated combined postage price is more than it actually costs me to post, I will refund the difference to you via paypal.
